Abstract

The article offers to consider the problems of preserving national identity and the development of the Ukrainian information space, the role of the domestic mass media in preserving the cultural and mental integrity of the people, ultimately, the security component of the state in the conditions of russia's military aggression against Ukraine, as well as the importance in the modern geopolitical process of information technologies and “information war”, which are becoming an increasingly effective tool in the international fight against military terror.
