Ensuring information security of humans in the digital media space of Ukraine

Abstract

The legal regulation of human information security in the media space of Ukraine is considered. The content, legal nature and elements of this phenomenon are studied. The expediency of considering information security of an individual as a synthesis of three aspects: technical, social, and biological is substantiated. The current legislation was analyzed for the purpose of establishing responsibility for violations in the information sphere.
