The report concerns the role of territorial communities that have the potential to become important partners in countering disinformation in wartime. It has been claimed that their contribution to creating information security and preserving the truth of information is invaluable. The involvement of citizens and public organizations in this process is key to strengthening social stability and defending informational values in wartime conditions. It has been concluded that territorial communities play an important role in countering disinformation and strengthening information security.
