The national and patriotic component as a mandatory component of education in the conditions of war in Ukraine

Abstract

This article describes the need for a national-patriotic component as an element of national identity formation in wartime conditions. In the process of education, young people learn to analyze, synthesize facts and draw conclusions that education should provide in order to transform young people into conscientiously patriotic and educated citizens. It has been proven that the national-patriotic component contributes to the formation of national consciousness in pupils and students, understanding the importance of preserving cultural heritage and patriotism.
