This report examines the strategies and tools of information-psychological influence employed by Russia in its hybrid aggression against Ukraine. It analyzes various techniques of the Russian information campaign aimed at demoralizing and destabilizing Ukrainian society, as well as creating discord within the international community to diminish support for Ukraine's defense capabilities. The report also highlights instances of Russia using disinformation, creating fake media resources, and other instruments to achieve its military objectives. Special attention is given to exploring the capabilities of social media as a primary tool for influencing public opinion and spreading hostile narratives among Ukrainian users.
