The use of manipulative information as a means of a hybrid war

Manipulative information is analyzed as a type of the contemporary hybrid threats for grey zone and open military armed conflicts. The thesis identifies objectives and peculiarities of manipulative information in the digitalized world and analyzes examples of engagement of manipulative information in contemporary hybrid conflicts. The thesis provides propositions for countering manipulative digitalized information.
